I use a mix of mindfulness, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Nonviolent Communication. I'll help you to to get connected to your body, wake up to the thoughts that are driving you, and get clear on what's really happening before you decide what you want to do about it. I honor consent in all matters, but I'll also tell you the things your friends might be too polite to say, sit with you in the discomfort, and make a plan to move you forward.
