Sometimes we are hit with a particularly intense shit storm keeping us trapped and scared. If you’re looking for a breath of fresh air from this storm I may be the therapist for you! I’m passionate about helping people navigate life’s ups and downs and embrace the change they’re ready for. I specialize in couples and family therapy, trauma, and somatic experiences, focusing on helping people find fulfillment and strength in their lives. As a queer-affirming counselor, I offer compassionate support for navigating infidelity, shifting relationship dynamics, and other challenges. I specialize in treating complex PTSD, shame, and inner child wounds. Utilizing Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART) client's are able to heal and move beyond their trauma. My work with couples involves discovering attachment wounds and parts of self that fear or even feel incapable of trust, love, and connection, helping couples heal together. My goal is to support you in discovering fulfillment and empowerment in your life. I am committed to fostering self-discovery, self-appreciation, and resilience.
