Lizzie has over five years of direct, clinical experience helping kiddos to older adults, couples and families thrive, and Her Wellness clinicians have over 30 years of formal education and training combined. We specialize in treating identifying women with complex-PTSD/PTSD, mood disorders. body dysmorphic disorder and body image issues, women's issues and more. We are LGBTQ+ friendly, and offer individual, relationship and group therapy. We provide a safe space, and utilize client centered, integrative approaches, and evidenced-based modalities to treat YOU...the whole-person, long-term. Her Wellness providers have all been to therapy ourselves, and many of us have dealt with the same issues we specialize in, so no judgement from us. We get it, and we care about each client.
