OCD, ANXIETY, PANIC, and PHOBIAS can all be incredibly uncomfortable, taking away precious time from what is important to you. Perhaps rumination, checking or intrusive, scary thoughts are ruining valuable aspects of your life. You want to feel better, you want relief and you want connection with others. What if you could experience less anxiety, feel more confident, and be able to approach your day with more surplus? Together we will make a plan that creates lasting change and together find strategies that work for you - that you can take into your daily life. Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) can help you take back your life. In therapy it is important to identify your strengths, be compassionate toward your experience, and collaborate to make a plan that will work for you. Self-compassion can help you learn how to support yourself and clarifying your values is a method clients find helpful. You can make meaningful changes! Cultural humility and openness to your unique lived experience are of great importance in my approach with clients. Folks have described me as down to earth, collaborative, and supportive; using humor can also be important with exposure work! Currently seeing clients 16+. Let's start!
