About

I’m passionate about supporting clients on their journeys towards more connected, authentic, and fulfilling lives. I take a non-pathologizing stance that sees you as a whole person interacting with a complex world, not just a diagnosis or set of symptoms. My goal is to help you to deepen your self-knowledge, improve your relationship to self and others, and take responsibility for your life choices. Don’t expect quick fixes or advice giving here—creating lasting change requires commitment and hard work! I see therapy as a partnership, and we will build a genuine trusting relationship so you feel safe to explore the unknown together.

In our sessions, you can expect a caring and collaborative environment where we’ll explore the significant themes and patterns in your life. I’ll listen with curiosity to help you to identify any self-limiting habits that might keep you stuck. Together, we’ll practice healthy communication and coping skills and enhance your awareness your inner world.

I use a humanistic, mindfulness-informed approach that integrates concepts from many models. I tailor my tools and techniques to meet your unique needs, recognizing that the healing journey is different for everyone. I work with a wide range of concerns, including depression, anxiety, trauma, ADHD, cultural adjustment, and those seeking a sense of belonging.
