About

The reality is—sh!t happens. We all face difficult experiences throughout our lives. For those whose difficulties begin in childhood, it can carry into adulthood, impacting our relationships with ourselves and with our loved ones. Yet, I believe we are all people in progress, and when sh!t happens, shift can too. Because of this, I have intentionally built my practice around the treatment of anxiety, depression, and relationship distress derived from familial trauma and relational wounds.

We will use your life’s stories, originating from your early family system dynamics, to explore how past childhood roles and generational traumas have reinforced unhelpful responses such as anxious overthinking, rigid perfectionism, survival fawning, insecure attachment, porous boundaries, and more.

Together, we will help you with letting go of what is no longer serving you and to cultivate new narratives and self-honoring boundaries, that enables you to healthily navigate the present and future relationships in your life. Whatever your goals of focus, I aim to help you gain the tools for living a more empowered, healthier life. Let's make shift happen!
