About

I believe in transparency, emotional exploration, and collaboration. If you are struggling with overwhelming stress or worry, relationship difficulties, feelings of loneliness, emptiness, or lacking purpose, you are not alone. We are all human and deserve a nonjudgemental space to grow and feel heard.

My work includes person-centered, therapy, ACT, CBT, DBT, psychoeducation, and trauma informed care. I have experience working with neurodivergent and LGBTQIA+ clients.

Areas of focus when working with clients include self-esteem barriers, depression, anxiety, ASD, ADHD, PTSD, Bipolar Disorder, religious trauma, and relationship difficulties. Goals may be decreasing symptoms, feeling better about life, increasing self-compassion, learning new coping skills, further understanding emotions and meaning a person has.
