About

Since 2012, I have worked with a vast array of clients. If you have been feeling lost, unsure of what's next, feeling increased worry, self-doubt, guilt, or shame—these may be indicators that it’s time to pause. I’d like to help you peel back your layers and make more room to breathe. If relationships have become increasingly difficult to maintain, I’d like to help you build your skills around communication, increasing intimacy, and improving effective dynamics to get your needs met. Sometimes coping through alcohol or drugs is a part of the struggle, and you are safe to talk about this here without judgment or a hidden agenda.

I believe in helping my clients learn how to tune into their own body’s wealth of data. My style is influenced by EMDR, IFS, and the weight of attachment that impacts all of us--utilizing our therapeutic relationship to enhance secure attachment in real-time. I can also offer concrete skills to help you better tolerate stress and improve intimacy.

Whatever you are going through will take time and it will take space. You deserve to take up that space and to give yourself that time. I respect each person’s process as very much their own and strive to always approach this rich work with humility and grace. Please reach out and we can make a plan together.
