About

Working from a feminist theoretical perspective, I feel that your unique voice deserves to be believed, be heard, and be taken seriously. I strive to create a trusted space in which you feel comfortable to work through your difficulties without fear of judgment or discrimination. I believe you will find me approachable, down to earth, and friendly!

My specialty is addiction/substance abuse. I also specialize in LGBTQ+ and women's issues, specifically with transgender clients. I am able to offer EMDR (eye movement desensitization & reprocessing), a treatment uniquely designed for trauma processing. If you feel other methods have left you "stuck" in your trauma, let's talk about what EMDR can do for you.

My job is to be your non-judgmental and supportive listening ear. You are the expert on your own life, and I am here to provide assistance, collaboration, and guidance on your way to achieving your goals.
