About

As a counselor, I am committed to guiding individuals toward improving their quality of life and supporting their healing process. Counseling is my calling, and I am passionate about helping people pave the way for meaningful and lasting change. My role is to listen attentively, provide guidance, and equip you with the necessary tools for transformation. I firmly believe the cornerstone of effective therapy is the formation of a strong relationship between therapist and client, one built on trust, mutual respect, and collaboration. View 10 Photos

Grounded in empathy, understanding, and a nonjudgmental attitude, my therapeutic approaches include cognitive behavioral therapy, mindfulness meditation, reality therapy, family-oriented practices, EMDR, and play therapy for children. Together, we can embark on this journey of self-discovery and personal growth. I am looking forward to working with you.

I hold a BA in Psychology and an MA in Counseling from Wayland Baptist University. I bring a strong educational foundation and over a decade of experience in mental health working with at-risk youth and their parents and guardians, adults struggling with chemical dependency, and college students in search of self and life direction.
