Currently not accepting new clients, but am accepting new supervisees!When I meet clients for the first time - I often hear that they don't know where to begin, how to express what is going on, and are worried they will be judged for what they are thinking. If you are reading this - you probably can relate. Therapy is not always easy and can be emotional and challenging. However, it can also lead to acceptance, peace, understanding, healing, and moving forward with your life in a healthy way. I have worked with all age ranges, from 5 though adulthood, since 2015 to help work through issues such as anxiety, crisis, depression, grief, LGBTQ+ struggles, mood dysregulation, school issues, stress, trauma and more.
