My name is Lissette Collazo Maza a license clinician in the state of Florida and I am here to help. I have more than 20 years of experience providing mental health services to adults and adolescents. I strive to ensure my clients receive the help they need and create a path for them to reach their full potential. My approach is to used various evidence based treatment modalities to treat conditions such as anxiety, depression, and trauma. I utilize different approaches such as mindfulness, trauma informed care, cognitive behavioral therapy and dialectical therapy. My goal is to provide clients the skills necessary to regulate emotions, control self-destructive behaviors and improver interpersonal relations.
