About

Are you looking to develop a connection for you or your child or adolescent? My experience as a special education teacher, campus administrator and counselor for almost three decades has provided me the knowledge and skills to work with your child, adolescent, and even adults who are struggling with anxiety, depression, ADHD, trauma, addiction or PTSD. Understanding how these challenges ultimately affect behaviors in the classroom, at home, and in the workplace environments, help fuel my passion to connect, learn, and problem solve with my clients and their families on an interpersonal level in an effort to build HOPE.

I enjoy working with clients of all ages, I will provide an environment of empathy, genuineness, and safety where clients will be able to explore feelings, thoughts, and behaviors. My goal is to help clients discover new strength and feelings of HOPE again.

My clinical training is focused on Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT). I utilize these evidenced-based approaches to combat symptoms of anxiety, depression, ADHD, PTSD, addiction and trauma. My goal is provide a safe environment to identify internal problems to help clients develop and utilize new coping strategies.
