About

Navigating life can be challenging. It's natural to need help at times, and joining with another person in a therapeutic alliance can be just what you need to gain more insight, refocus, and find more balance to live life more joyfully. My intention in psychotherapy is to guide individuals to a clearer understanding of themselves, how their thoughts and feelings may influence their overall sense of well-being, and to explore new perspectives that may benefit them.

As an integrative therapist, I incorporate varied approaches, with a strong focus on coping skill development, to promote independence and self awareness into managing your needs. My work is experiential, and supported by the combined practice of yoga, mindfulness, traditional talk therapy and coping skill development to help you fulfill your personal goals.

I invite those who seek change, and understanding on how to shake old patterns and bring mindful perspectives more deeply into their life. I work primarily with adults with anxiety, those in transition/ conflict, dealing with stress, and people seeking to shed old baggage.
