Delta Insights strives to accompany and assist people of all ages on their journey to develop a desired healthy lifestyle of emotional, physical and spiritual balance. Delta Insights will assist with the implementation of treatment modalities that are evidenced based, best practices and most of all, insight oriented. With an introduction of newly developed insight of “why we do what we do” and new coping skills or tools to add to your toolbox, it is Delta Insights’s desire that you go home feeling heard, understood and with the ability to achieve that balance described above in all areas of your life. Delta Insights is available to work with children, teens, adults and seniors. EMDR is also available for treatment of trauma and other mental health concerns. There's no need to go it alone.
