About

Everyone has struggles at some point in their lives. I strive to help people find direction and satisfaction with themselves. If you are going through a big life change, suffering a loss, or struggling with interpersonal relationships, therapy can help you figure out what you want and find that path that will lead you on that journey.

I am a Person-Centered therapist who works with individuals of all ages, families, and couples. I believe therapy can work for anyone. If you want to make a simple change or if you are in crisis, therapy can help you work out what you need. My goal is to help people recognize their strengths in order to reach their potential.

If you need support and an objective listener, I hope you will reach out for help.
