About

I believe therapy can be a powerful tool to help individuals identify harmful patterns in their lives and learn new and healthy ways of creating and maintaining a more fulfilling life for themselves. Using a trauma-informed, strengths-based approach, I aim to assist my clients to develop greater insight, cultivate positive self-regard, and empower them to find balance within themselves and their lives.

I have worked in a variety of settings throughout my career; providing in home family therapy, mentoring youth, working in residential programs as well as administering emergency psychiatric assessments in various hospital settings.

As a trauma-informed clinician, I examine how life experiences and environments have shaped who we have become and support my clients in finding more effective ways of coping and communicating. I utilize a solution-focused approach to therapy, often incorporating CBT and DBT strategies into my treatment.
