Narrative Therapy separates the person from the problem by listening for detrimental beliefs & recurrent themes in the story of one's life. This collaborative approach affirmed one's virtues & employs their strengths to repair their relationship with a problem. My approach to therapy combines Evidenced-Based therapies with Narrative Techniques.

While I know about psychology and motivation, you are the expert on you and what may be getting in your way currently. Let’s work together to identify your strengths and how to use them to repair your relationship with a problem.
