Hi! My name is Lisa Fuller, I am a therapist with a License in Clinical Social Work. I use a holistic, client-centered approach to therapy. My practice focuses on adults dealing with the stresses of life who desire to regulate their emotions, elevate their mood, and find solutions to problems they are facing. I typically work with highly motivated adults experiencing the stresses of life. Many of my clients would like to improve conditions like anxiety, depression, trouble adjusting with life transitions, divorce, infidelity, job loss or change, issues of spirituality, and the stresses of parenting and family life. My approach to therapy is nonjudgemental, highly relational, and client directed. I always want you to be comfortable with our time together and satisfied that you are reaching your desired outcomes. I work with clients using a trauma-informed mindfulness approach that focuses on regulating emotions and improving quality of life. My work is heavily influenced by the following theoretical approaches: Polyvagal theory, Dialectal Behavioral Therapy, Trauma-informed care, Somatic Awareness, and strengths-based approach.
