About

Life comes with inevitable changes that can be difficult whether they are planned and wanted, or unplanned and dreadful. With these changes can come emotional issues such as depression, anxiety, or grief, just to name a few. The way we deal with these changes has a lot to do with our past experiences and perception. Our sense of self-worth influences almost every aspect of our lives, and when it's less than healthy, we can miss out on fulfilling our true potential or outright sabotaging ourselves.

I take a client centered approach to therapy, which means you, the client, will always be the center of treatment and treated with honor and respect. Together, we will uncover and capitalize on your strengths, which you will use to overcome the obstacles holding you back from what's important to you.

Being open and vulnerable with another person is frightening. However, you will find that I strive to create a therapeutic environment, free from judgement, in which you can feel comfortable and supported. In this environment, you can cleanse yourself by exploring and releasing your deepest thoughts and emotions without fear of repercussion.
