About

I specialize in helping individuals who experience chronic stress, anxiety, depression, trauma, and interrelational/ interfamilial conflicts. My aim is to support you in a safe and non-judgmental container, where we can explore the roots of your issues, as well as provide you skills which can help to alleviate any symptoms/ conflicts you may have. I believe that you are the expert of your story and hold a space that is of compassion and unconditional positive regard. I also offer online ketamine-assisted psychotherapy, when indicated for various diagnoses that may have been treatment-resistant with traditional forms of talk therapy.

My approach is grounded in depth therapy and includes attachment-based, trauma-informed, and somatic orientations. I work holistically, and invite awareness into the present moment to help inform where challenges may originate. My work is intuitive, and may include somatic experiencing, IFS, mindfulness, experiential exercises, CBT, and DBT.

I understand that finding the right fit in a therapist can be a daunting task. It takes courage to take the first step, and I invite you to reach out for a free 15 minute phone consultation to see how I can best support you. I look forward to walking alongside you on your journey to a more fulfilling, meaningful, and happier life.
