Life is a journey that includes pain and joy.....and everything in between. The Journey can be difficult and, at times, we can forget that joy is a possibility. We can feel overwhelmed, in pain, stuck, lost or confused. If this is how you are feeling, it is a good time to talk to a therapist. When feeling this vulnerable, the idea of opening up to someone new can be daunting. It is important to know you will be heard and responded to by someone who can create an environment of acceptance and compassion as well as understand all of the multifaceted aspects of your experience. I will work with you to understand your current concerns. Together we will learn how your past affects your present circumstances as well as your relationship to yourself and to others. We will work together to enable new ways of thinking, being and relating to emerge. My approach integrates body based awareness and interventions with talk therapy. We are all unique individuals with contradictions and complexity. I look forward to getting to know you and all of your multidimensional parts, and to helping you to integrate body, mind and spirit.
