I am a general practice therapist treating children, youth and adult individuals in Washington state - primarily by Telehealth. As your therapist, I bring intentional listening skills, professional insight, and a safe, no-judgement space in which we can partner together to reach solutions that work for you. I believe that every person deserves "unconditional positive regard" and in our relationship you will know that I am on your side and working hard with you to find peace, hope, and a way forward. I do not treat couples. With personal expertise in managing a host of life events, including grief and loss, depression and anxiety, major illness, marriage, parenting challenges, and aging issues, I offer not just professional tools and resources, but personal wisdom gleaned from my own life journey. As we embark on your journey, know that you will be heard, respected, and given my best professionalism, resources and knowledge because my highest aim is your well being and progress.
