About

Do you feel emotionally exhausted or stuck with the weight of life stressors or traumatic and painful experiences? Do you feel you spend a lot of your time trying to make sure everyone else is ok before you care for yourself? We can have a strong inner critic or develop coping strategies that at one point may have served us to protect ourselves, but now may be hindering our ability to connect and love ourselves or others. I want to help you connect back to yourself and values so you can go from surviving to thriving. Therapy can provide a healing space for you to let go of pain and let love and acceptance back into your life. View 4 Photos

I have a decade of experience providing therapeutic support to individuals from various backgrounds and diverse experiences. I often work with adolescents and parents as well as women and mothers. I am now offering trauma-focused equine assisted psychotherapy services in addition to office therapy, which offers various experiential therapy methods.

I value authenticity and encourage self-love and acceptance throughout the therapeutic process. I have a passion for creating an emotionally safe and empowering space for clients to explore and release pain within their mind and body that we often carry with us. My current openings are primarily for trauma-focused equine assisted psychotherapy services.
