I look to help you identify your strengths and apply them so that you can increase your knowledge of self to live to your full potential and achieve your desired outcomes. We do this by forming a trusting and caring relationship within a safe and secure space. I am a licensed clinical social worker that has focused strictly on mental health counseling for 14 years. I graduated from Adelphi University with a graduate degree in 2014. I look to help you identify your strengths and apply them so that you can increase your knowledge of self to live to your full potential and achieve your desired outcomes. We do this by forming a trusting and caring relationship within a safe and secure space. I support clients to explore their habitual beliefs and behaviors that have been causing personal distress and/or relational problems. I invite you to push past your boundaries and allow me to support you on the journey towards knowing yourself and healing. This is so you can experience joy in the life you choose to make.
