About

Life is change and change is difficult. Moving, finding love, losing a relationship, becoming a parent, leaving a religious community, affirming your gender identity, caregiving for a loved one - aspects of life we may love or hate- adjusting to change brings up a lot of shit. All our identities and histories only amplify the complexity of how we respond to the ever changing landscape of our lives. Therapy is a way to create intentional time to explore and process ourselves, our relationships and our community and context, shed through old skins that no longer fit and discover new ones .

We might be a good fit if you are a helper by profession or lifestyle; have a loved one experiencing mental health distress; want to find your footing in a major life transition; seeking gender affirming care (letter writing); processing grief and loss; communication challenges; relationship difficulties; feeling safe in the world; being a sensitive person.

If we work together, you can expect my attuned presence, care and respect. I will be an active participant on your healing journey, supporting you to explore the safety and ground within yourself as you step further into your agency, strength, and unique identity.
