About

As you navigate the complex challenges of life, you may come to a place where you feel stuck or wonder how to proceed through a difficult time. Perhaps you are grieving a loss or burdened by the lingering effects of a traumatic experience. You might be feeling confused, exhausted, alone, unbalanced, or disconnected. Maybe you are looking for support, connection, and guidance in constructing a roadmap forward. This is where I can be of help. I specialize in working with adults who are experiencing anxiety and stress-related disorders; I have a particular interest in serving survivors of childhood abuse/neglect and sexual violence.

My approach is down to earth, practical, empathetic, and supportive. I love to laugh and am unafraid to go deeply into the difficult parts of your life with you. I am inquisitive, encouraging, thoughtful, and grounded. Together we can explore the links between past and present to uncover and release the painful patterns and old memories that keep you stuck.

I know what it's like to feel overwhelmed and trapped by the past. I want you to know that we have more agency than our trauma tells us we do. I believe that the past informs the present but our actions in the present create the future. Let's shift the present. Let’s get you moving in the direction of the life you’ve imagined. I am accepting clients now.
