The journey towards healing and growth is not always linear and may look different for each person. Regardless of where you might find yourself on this journey currently, it would be an honor to walk alongside you and bear witness to all of the experiences that make up your individual and collective story: the beauty, pain, joy, loss, and hope. I believe that every individual has inherent worth and value and seek to provide a warm, welcoming, and safe environment for all who walk into my office. It is my hope that clients will gain a sense of self-empowerment and confidence in navigating whatever obstacles they might be facing. I take a holistic, culturally-competent, trauma-informed approach to counseling that is rooted in a Person/Child-Centered Therapy framework while integrating other modalities as they meet the unique needs and goals of each child, adolescent, teen, or adult. I also enjoy incorporating art, creativity, play therapy, and sandtray into sessions when beneficial. Just by simply searching for a potential clinician that will meet your needs, you are already making a huge and courageous step in your journey towards healing and growth! If you think that we might be a good fit, please reach out and we can begin discussing your goals for counseling and how I might be of assistance!
