About

The transition to motherhood is a different experience for every woman. My goal is to help navigate these unchartered waters and normalize feelings by taking a holistic approach. I am a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker with specialized training in maternal mental health through Postpartum Support International. My areas of interest include perinatal mood disorders, postpartum depression and anxiety, birth trauma, and women’s mental health in general.

In addition, I was a hospice social worker for 9 years and personally understand the grief that a new mother can feel when she leaves her old life behind. I personally understand the feelings of grief and loss that can accompany new motherhood or other major life transitions such as graduating college, divorce, or getting a new job.

Reaching out is a brave step, and please remember you do not need to suffer alone. I am here to help with an abundance of resources, support, and guidance. I look forward to meeting you!
