About

I am so glad you are here. Reaching out for help can be a difficult and crucial first step on the path to healing. And sometimes our hardest endeavors become our greatest joys. It is normal for us to have a wide range of experiences in this life. As a therapist, it is my goal to provide a safe space for clients to be seen, heard, and navigate all that life has in store. My professional experience includes a variety of trauma, life transitions, relationship issues, anxiety, OCD, perfectionism, adverse religious experiences and spiritual issues, the music business and touring life, body image and disordered eating, and grief and loss.

I approach therapy from an integrated and holistic perspective, considering the full human experience. I view emotional and relational distress through a lens of authenticity, self compassion, personal values and boundaries, past experiences, nervous system state, and social context. I am also trained in Somatic and Attachment Focused EMDR for trauma work.

Whether you are hurting, confused, overwhelmed, or just feeling stuck, you don’t have to go through it alone. Together we will forge a unique relationship, made specifically for healing, thriving, and making the most of what Mary Oliver calls “your one wild and precious life.”
