About

My mission is to help people explore internal wounds and find healing so joy and fulfillment are possible. I bring all of my skills to this work to help clients manage anxiety, depression, life transitions, relationships, trauma and more. I offer a supportive and warm environment where clients can feel seen and heard. (You can book an initial consultation free of charge on my website www.everydaytherapy.org)

My therapeutic style is trauma-informed and honors the mind-body connection. I use a person-centered approach which means treatment will be tailored to you and your needs. My primary therapeutic modality is Internal Family Systems (IFS). IFS uses parts language (like the Pixar Inside Out movies) to understand internal processes. (Not using EMDR at this time)

I have my masters degree in clinical counseling from the Chicago School of Professional Psychology and have been working in the field for more than a decade. I believe with the right helping relationship we are all capable of growth and change. My passion is helping you connect with your deepest, truest self.
