Mental health impacts each of us differently, making things even more important to not compare or judge how each of us feel and respond to life’s stressors. One of the most rewarding components of my job is truly meeting each client in their defined “time of need”. During your therapy journey, we spend time exploring your emotions, thoughts and behaviors, increasing your self-awareness and “tweaking” the tools to utilize in managing your emotions healthier. Seeking out therapy can be nerve-wreaking. Within my practice, I strive to create a healthy rapport with each client. Creating a trusting relationship with each client allows for the therapy to be tailored to your needs. I am licensed to provide services to those within SD, IA and NE. I offer secure Telehealth services, creating more accessibility. A primary mission has been getting clients in when/as they need support and assistance. As a therapist, mom of 3 active and chaotic kids, wife and various other roles, I can personally understand the feeling when being faced with stressors. I would be honored to have the opportunity to work alongside you during your mental health journey. Contact me today!
