About

I have experience working with a variety of concerns such as depression, anxiety, self-harm, trauma, religious trauma, substance abuse, and others. I like working with a wide range of individuals who are open to and motivated to change. I have worked in the medical field in some capacity for almost 10 years and understand the unique challenges that those in that field face. I understand how compassion fatigue and secondary traumatic stress can impact those individuals. I currently only work with adults (18+).

I strongly believe in meeting people where they are at. Each person has their own unique journey and my goal is to walk with them through this journey to help navigate any challenges that may arise. I consider myself to be trauma-informed and utilize a variety of different therapeutic approaches, as well as being EMDR trained.

I enjoy connecting with others and learning their journey. I like being able to create a safe space for individuals to learn more about themselves and begin to accept themselves. I am a nerd at heart and love utilizing different interests to build connection. I prefer to contacted via email first.
