About

I prioritize healthy relationships- with others, with ourselves, and with the world around us. I see the need for deeper emotional and physiological understanding to identify where we can become stuck with ourselves and in our relationships. I seek to create a space for introspection and self-compassion in the therapist-client relationship so that you can explore your authentic narrative, your inherent worth, and areas where you may need healing.

I work with primarily adults, and the occasional couple depending on presenting concerns. I specialize in trauma healing, treating anxiety and depression, difficult relationships, perfectionism, ministry and missionary burn-out, gender and sexuality trauma, emotion dysregulation, adult ADHD, and adult attachment trauma.

The right fit in the therapeutic relationship is so important! The session is about you and your needs from the very beginning, and through collaboration we learn and discover healing together. It is an honor to get to know every one of my clients. If this feels like it may be a good fit for you, I look forward to hearing from you!
