If you’ve ever found yourself in a dark place, then you know that you instinctually look for the light. Things happen in our lives that throw us into dark places. It’s easy to get stuck in these places and we can have trouble finding a way out by ourselves. However, we all have the potential to restore and brighten our light again, sometimes we just need a helping hand. We will be that helping hand. Whether your darkness is anxiety, sadness, trauma, low self-esteem, body image issues, ADHD, or relationship dissatisfaction, we will climb into that dark place with you so that you’re not looking for that light alone. This search is often painful and scary, so we will teach you tools from various Evidence Based Practices to ease the impact so that you can keep going. Everyone’s journey to their light is different. Sometimes we know that we’ve found our light when a smile crosses our face for the first time in a while, or when we’re able to take in the kindness of another. Sometimes our light leads us into deeper and more meaningful relationships, it can look like trusting ourselves again, and sometimes it means feeling just a little less encumbered while putting one foot in front of the other. Whatever this light is for you, we will do our best to help you find it. Let's step out of the darkness and into your light.
