Note: I only provide EMDR and IFS informed EMDR treatment. Starting therapy may bring up a lot of thoughts and feelings, and your decision to seek therapy shows a commitment to living your best life. I believe in my work that restoring relationships with ourselves and our loved ones can help navigate the difficult times we live in. Finding freedom from worry and depression is work, but you are not alone on this journey. You may also be exploring your sexual or gender identity and looking for additional support. Your curiosity and interest in exploring these issues will help you succeed in reaching your goals for your best life. I enjoy helping adults work on finding new ways to heal trauma and anxiety responses. You and your story matter; our work together will honor your experiences using a person centered approach. While I am trained in a variety of treatment methods, I only provide EMDR and IFS informed EMDR treatment. EMDR can easily be adapted to help many issues. I commend you for your strength in considering therapy. Values I focus on in my work are maintaining compassion, empathy, and curiosity. I will utilize my skills and knowledge to help you cultivate your own inner wisdom and healing abilities. I invite you to reach out for a free consultation to determine if we may be a match to work together.
