Hello, my name is Lindsay! As a mom, I have firsthand knowledge on how difficult the journey to motherhood can be, the different pathways that can lead someone to and through being a parent. I understand exhaustion and the seemingly endless nights of sleeplessness. I help individuals dealing with grief and loss, those going through infertility, those going through life transitions, and teens and adults with anxiety and/or depression. I am passionate about "helping the helpers" as I know they are often some of the ones who are in need of the most support but are almost always the last people to seek it out. Using Cognitive Behavior Therapy, Motivational Interviewing and Solution Focused Therapy, I view therapy as a tool to incorporate and inspire a higher and new perspective on your unique journey. I love supporting individuals, young adults, those in the hazy postpartum period, and those nearing or in retirement. I have worked in the hospital for 15+ years. Helping people find their happiness, giving hope to the hopeless, empowering others to pursue healing-is part of my life's work. I help others see their potential within their life circumstances and assist in transforming negative thoughts and behaviors into positive change. I can't wait to hear from you!
