About

My experience (15 years) in the educational field as a teacher of special education/regular ed/gifted ed, and as a school counselor, has been so beneficial in my private practice, (34 years) working with children/families. I see children, adolescents, adults individually, couples, and families. I do Court ordered family therapies, ie parent/child reconciliation, therapeutic visitation and coparenting, (28 years). A local family law attorney and I have just launched an online educational/support site to foster cooperation between separated parents: CoparentAcademy.com

I use various treatment modalities, including: cognitive behavioral, life coaching, conflict resolution; and reconciliation therapy for parents/children of divorce. My specialty area of reconciliation work is quite difficult, but can be incredibly rewarding. The best interest of the child is always my top priority!

I enjoy working with clients of all ages concerning issues across the life span. I begin working with children at the age of two, and use a family systems approach to family/marital therapy. My clients present as individuals, couples, families, blended families and multi generational families.
