My practice is devoted to guiding individuals through a spectrum of difficulties. With an extensive background in treating both mental health and substance use disorders, I work from a unique perspective to help clients not only with addiction, but also with challenges such as anxiety, depression, low self-confidence, guilt, shame, and anger among many others. Additionally, I am experienced in treating process addictions like shopping, gaming, internet, exercise, as well as sex and love addictions. My professional focus centers on trauma and human sexuality. With a dedicated passion for these areas, I continuously pursue relevant continuing education to enhance my expertise and provide comprehensive support to those navigating these complex aspects of the human experience. Harnessing a broad set of skills, I collaborate with you to identify barriers, draw strength from past experiences, and guide you toward the life you desire. My approach is tailored to meet the unique needs of each individual client.
