I work with people who are tired of being stuck in their negative thoughts and behaviors and are ready to discover their God-given purpose and start doing it without the use of alcohol or other self-sabotaging behaviors. (it may even be an addiction to food) I specialize in empowering clients to live a spirit-filled life free from addiction. I enjoy doing private retreats with women to help them get unstuck from their life challenges and move forward to a better life. I am a best selling author and award winning counselor & life coach but more important I've been drug free for almost 48 years & sober for 28 years. I understand addiction and the guilt shame, broken relationships and mess that it can make and I believe that there is a God that can turn everything around for the good if we let Him.
