I am a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor, and a Registered Art Therapist. My Masters degree was received from Lesley University. I have 20 years of counseling experience. I help to assist introducing individuals to their best selves, how to possibly improve existing situations and/or relationships. Together we discover what choices are available to make them capable of reaching their goals. Combining cognitive behavioral therapy, reality therapy and art therapy helps in providing safe and supportive environment where they get to express themselves and their needs. Treatment focus include Stress, Anxiety, Relationship issues, Self esteem, Depression, Coping with life changes. Experienced in Addictions, Christian Counseling, Family Conflicts, Parenting issues, Bereavement. Remember, you do not have to charter this troubling time alone. I own a hefty tool bag of assistive devices that I can teach you to use so that you can make progress towards your better life!
