Hello! I’m Lily and I am accepting new clients in our new Fuquay Varina office! I know how important it is to feel heard and understood. I'd like to be that person for you. No judgement. No pressure. I prefer to let you set the pace, so during sessions with me, you can decide what you would like to discuss or not discuss! I hope to create a space where you feel validated and appreciated. Having said that, we all can make improvements in our life. I'll use my education and professional skill set to help you reach YOUR goals. I work with all ages but especially enjoy working with teens and young adults. I am experienced in helping with depression, anxiety, mood, and personality disorders, and am an LGBTQ+ ally. I can provide DBT and CBT-informed approaches to those that feel they will benefit from it! I also co-facilitate an Art Therapy Group! Each meeting we'll focus on an art project while having discussions about various topics. This is an opportunity to socialize with others while engaging in a relaxing art activity. No art talent necessary! Many of our projects will be created as a "Pay It Forward" project.
