About

I believe everyone deserves a warm, safe space to process life's experiences, so that is what I strive to provide! I specialize in supporting young adults, adults, and college students to compassionately navigate their inner world- working through things like anxiety, depression, trauma, life stressors/transitions, self worth, identity, and relationships. I support my clients in learning to connect to their emotions, understanding how external experiences have shaped internal patterns, healing wounds of the past, finding effective coping strategies, and working towards self-acceptance to create meaningful change.

Through a trauma informed lens, I work to help my clients get to the root of their inner experiences and feel more connected to themselves, their life, and others. I value the relationship between the mind and body and primarily involve elements of IFS/parts work, mindfulness, acceptance and commitment therapy, and nervous system regulation.

In our work together, you will experience collaboration, careful listening, encouragement, and humor. I believe you are the expert of your own life and my role is to support you in strengthening your relationship with yourself! If you're interested in working together, please feel free to reach out. I offer a free 15 minute video consultation!
