I have extensive experience working in trauma, addiction/recovey, and anxiety/depression. It is not easy to walk into a room and trust a stranger with your struggles and trauma. My approach is collaborative and interactive. My role is to encourage my clients to explore, problem solve, and develop real life coping skills that they can apply in their everyday. I infuse psychoanalysis, Family Systems, CBT, and Solution Focused therapy.
