Navigating the responsibilities of adulthood is challenging on its own. Experiencing mental health symptoms makes those same daily tasks feel either exhausting or simply unachievable. I love partnering with young adults who hope to deepen their ability to manage daily tasks, know their own body and mind, and communicate their emotions and needs honestly in their relationships. I have 7 years of experience working with children, teens and adults in various settings including county mental health clinics, schools (Elementary through High School) and private practice. I integrate many modalities in my therapy style, however my favorite modalities are: Psychodynamic, Attachment-based and CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy). The fact that you are reading this is an accomplishment. Asking for help is hard. I am so grateful you are taking this first step to show yourself compassion and care. Please reach out with a brief email or phone call if you'd like to learn more about therapy or my treatment style. (Email is not as secure, so please just provide the best way to reach you)
