Over the years, I have developed a strong background in working with a diverse range of individuals and various communities. My experience in working with children, adolescents, and families, as well as young and middle-aged adults facing a wide variety of issues has fueled a true passion for people and their ability to change and grow! With training and skills from helpful programs such as a Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) Certification Program, ADHD Certification Program, and Brainspotting training, I am able to work alongside you in many different ways and find what works best for you. View 5 Photos Therapy doesn’t have to be intimidating, and my approach to it is catered specifically to you and your goals. One of my favorite quotes is by Brené Brown; “owning our story can be hard, but not nearly as difficult as running away from it.” I believe this holds true in all walks of life, no matter what your experience looks like. We all have the right and ability to own our own stories, and I hope to help you find the courage to do so! Want to know more about my specialities and how I can help you best achieve your goals and own your story? Feel free to reach out, I’m always happy to answer any questions you may have!
