Therapy is a place to heal, grow, set goals, and get to know yourself, where you don’t have to wear a mask or say you’re “Okay” even if you’re not. A place to be your genuine self without judgement or criticism. I practice strengths-based treatment and want my clients to feel accomplished, validated, and supported at the end of a session. We all have different goals for therapy. Whether yours is healing trauma, improving relationships or managing stress your goals are important and deserve the time and effort that therapy requires. I can help you to gain new perspective and move toward achieving your goal. View 6 Photos I have worked for the past 5 years in residential, intensive outpatient, and outpatient settings. I utilize a variety of techniques to accomplish healing such as CBT, DBT, EMDR, mindfulness (nature, meditation, etc.) and expressive therapies (art, music, crafting, etc.). Please feel free to reach out with any and all questions. Starting therapy can be overwhelming but you have support. I would enjoy the chance to help you learn more about yourself and achieve your goals. You are capable of achieving these goals and you have support in reaching them.
