About

I am an empathic and caring psychotherapist with over 30 years of experience in the integrative health care and academic settings, nationally and internationally. I believe that therapy is a site of self-inquiry, where one has the opportunity to develop resiliency to overcome barriers to psychological growth. I am committed to helping my clients sort through their issues, find their voices, develop skills, and achieve goals.

I view therapy as a language based, cognitive and embodied process, thus I combine somatic approaches and cognitive behavioral approaches during treatment. I am prepared to work with clients of diverse cultures and language backgrounds. I am certified to provide services in Spanish, and I am fluent in Portuguese, Italian and French.

I am a licensed therapist working at Alive and Well: Center for Integrative Psychotherapy, under the supervision of Christina Romano. I welcome you to tap into your energy sources to implement creative solutions in your everyday living.
