As your therapist, my goal is to partner with you in a therapeutic alliance and tackle life's challenges as a team. My clients find me to be empathetic, empowering and an active listener. I also offer faith based therapy to individuals who choose to incorporate faith into the therapeutic process. I have 10 years of experience as a therapist. I am trained in evidence based treatments and I specialized in seeing clients with Trauma, Adjustment Difficulties, Grief/Loss, Depression, Anxiety, Bipolar Disorder, ADHD/ ADD, Stress Management, Parenting Issues, Relationship Issues and family conflicts.
