About

When we are bogged down by stress, perfectionism, anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, or lack a sense of purpose, we disconnect from our inherent creativity. Perhaps you are navigating a tough transition, and struggle to see what you could create from it. Maybe there is a lot inside of you yearning to be expressed, but you feel stuck. I am passionate about working with artists, creatives, and/or deep feelers and thinkers dealing with anxiety, depression, perfectionism, stress, and/or overwhelm. I also love working with adults in their 20s and 30s navigating life transitions, and anyone moved to explore their creative potential.

Drawing from a variety of therapeutic modalities (ACT, DBT, Psychodynamic, Narrative, and yoga and mindfulness-based), I approach therapy as a creative and collaborative process tailored to your unique needs. Together we can examine the material of your life and create new practices, structures, and goals that align with what’s most important to you.

By considering therapy, you are taking a meaningful and courageous step. You want to be an active participant in your life. At the same time, it can be uncomfortable to open up to someone you’ve never met. To see if we may be a good fit, feel free to contact me to schedule a free phone consultation and learn more. I look forward to getting to know you.
